This tune up is the maintenance, to look at the current output and make sure you aren't leaking power in the day to day.
What This Session Is
60 minutes of 1:1 focus
Real Time recalibration. Whether you're hitting a wall with your boundaries, feeling the weight of your solitude or just need a "Big Sis" perspective on a specific move you're making.
The goal is to always get you back to center.
